🧾 Client Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

Aquamarine Pro Team

This Agreement is made between Aquamarine Pro Team (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the individual booking services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).


1. Scope of Services

The Provider may perform cleaning services directly or assign independent contractors (“Contractors”) to perform the work. Contractors are not employees of Aquamarine Pro Team, and the Provider is not responsible for their actions or omissions.


2. Liability Waiver & Indemnification

The Client agrees to hold Aquamarine Pro Team harmless from any claims, losses, expenses, legal fees, or liabilities arising in connection with the provision of services, including those caused by Contractors. Aquamarine Pro Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of income, canceled bookings, or reputational harm). The Client agrees to indemnify and defend Aquamarine Pro Team against any claims arising from the Client’s own actions, negligence, or breach of this Agreement.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide safe working conditions and full access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.
  • Remove or securely store valuables, fragile, or sentimental items prior to service.
  • Supervise pets and minors during the service.
  • Move heavy furniture or appliances in advance if cleaning behind or underneath is required.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due before or at the time of service.
  • The minimum billing increment is 30 minutes.
  • Additional or extended services will be billed separately.
  • Aquamarine Pro Team reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline service if the actual scope of work exceeds the initial description.

5. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will be charged at 100% of the service price.


6. No Direct Hiring

The Client agrees not to hire any assigned Contractor directly for a period of nine (9) months after the last service. A violation of this policy incurs a $1,500 placement fee per property.


7. Service Quality

Concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Aquamarine Pro Team may offer a re-clean or a replacement Contractor but is not obligated to issue refunds.


8. Confidentiality

All Client information, addresses, and personal data are strictly confidential, especially for bloggers, influencers, and public figures. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.


9. Risk Limitations

Aquamarine Pro Team and its Contractors are not required to:

  • Work on high ladders.
  • Move heavy furniture or appliances.
  • Perform tasks beyond safe and standard cleaning practices.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. All disputes shall be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.


11. Legal Fees

In the event of legal proceedings, if Aquamarine Pro Team prevails, the Client agrees to reimburse all reasonable legal fees and attorney costs.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or receiving services, the Client fully and unconditionally agrees to this Client Service Agreement & Liability Waiver, with or without a physical signature.
