Detailed Cleanup After Renovation And Construction Work
Aquamarine Pro Team cleans accessible construction dust, surface residue, empty cabinets, floors, fixtures, interior glass, window tracks, baseboards, doors, trim, kitchens, and bathrooms after contractors finish their work.
Every project is reviewed before scheduling because dust level, square footage, surface materials, access, windows, cabinet interiors, remaining debris, and the condition of the property can change the amount of work required.

Aquamarine Pro Team brings professional cleaning supplies and basic equipment selected for the agreed project scope. Any specialty machine, elevated-access work, or unusual residue-removal method must be confirmed before the appointment.

How Post-Construction Cleaning Is Quoted
There is no reliable flat price or fixed crew size for every construction cleanup. The quote depends on square footage, dust level, number of rooms, cabinet interiors, window condition, floor type, residue, access, parking, deadline, and whether the property is completely empty.
Send Property Details
Provide the city or ZIP code, approximate square footage, property type, and preferred completion date.
Send Current Photos
Include full-room photos and close-ups of dust, floors, glass, cabinets, paint, adhesive, or grout residue.
Confirm Scope Before Arrival
The expected crew, estimated time, included work, exclusions, and price are confirmed after the project is reviewed.
Post-Construction Cleaning Questions
When Should The Cleaning Be Scheduled?
Schedule after contractors finish dust-producing work and remove their tools, materials, and large debris. Touch-up work completed afterward may create new dust and require another visit.
Do You Remove Construction Debris?
We remove ordinary cleaning waste created during our work, but heavy debris, building materials, paint containers, tile, concrete, lumber, and hauling are not included.
Can You Remove Paint, Silicone, Adhesive, Or Grout Haze?
These areas must be reviewed first. Some residue can be treated safely, while some may be permanent or unsafe to remove without damaging the surface. Removal is not guaranteed.
Do You Clean Window Tracks And Interior Glass?
Accessible interior glass, frames, sills, and tracks can be included when confirmed in the quote. Exterior or elevated-access window cleaning is separate.
Are You Insured?
Yes. Aquamarine Pro Team carries commercial general liability insurance. Workers’ compensation coverage is not advertised on this page.
How Many Cleaners Will Come?
Crew size depends on the confirmed scope, condition, access, and deadline. The expected crew and estimated time are provided with the project quote rather than promised as one fixed number.
